London | £42,000 - 45,000 FTE
Permanent | Part Time | 24 hours a week

Greys Specialist Recruitment is working with a prestigious client in London, who are looking to recruit an Occupational Health Advisor for their onsite Occupational Health team. This is a part time permanent role, for 24 hours a week.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide best practice Occupational Health services
• Identify and address health risks, reducing sickness absence and supporting mental health.
• Raise awareness of Occupational Health services among managers and employees.
• Ensure compliance with health surveillance programs and relevant legislation.
• Handle complex management referrals, especially regarding disability under the Equality Act.
• Provide first line counselling and manage sensitive cases, referring to EAP or GPs as necessary.
• Lead initiatives on alcohol, drug awareness, and mental health.

Essential Skills and Experience

• Occupational Health diploma or degree
• Registered General Nurse (NMC registered)
• Autonomous working ability with strong clinical experience
• Competent in sickness absence case management
• Strong computer and communication skills
• Understanding of health and safety compliance
